The triage layer is the part I did not know I needed. Urgent findings are already flagged when I log in. I stop making the mental triage decision from scratch every morning. That changes how the whole shift runs.
Read every study faster, without leaving your PACS
Radivault pre-reads imaging studies to flag urgent findings and draft the routine report, giving radiologists back the minutes a growing scan backlog keeps taking.
The scan volume grew. The reading room did not.
CT, MRI, and plain-film orders have grown by double digits year over year at most imaging centers. The reading staff has not. Radiologists context-switch between urgent calls and a routine queue that has no inherent order. Report turnaround slips. Referring clinicians call. Radivault was built on one observation: triage and first-draft language should not require a radiologist to open a blank screen on every case.
Three things. Done before the radiologist opens the case.
Triage
Radivault analyzes the incoming DICOM study and assigns a worklist priority tier: Urgent, Expedited, or Routine. The tier surfaces directly in your existing PACS worklist via DICOM SR overlay or HL7 ORU message. No second screen.
Draft
For Routine studies, a structured report draft is pre-populated and waiting when the radiologist opens the case. Findings sections are filled. The impression block is flagged as AI-generated and awaits radiologist review. Edit and sign. Not dictate from nothing.
Route
When an Urgent finding is detected, a structured notification goes to the ordering clinician through your existing communication pathway: HL7 v2 ORU message, secure messaging, or direct EHR alert. No new notification tool to install.
What radiologists said in the pilot
We ran the pilot on chest X-ray volume first. Most drafts need a line or two of editing. For routine normals, it reads like a structured macro I would have built myself, except I did not have to. The turnaround time on that modality is noticeably shorter.
Patient imaging data handled with the controls healthcare requires.
Radivault is designed with HIPAA-aligned access controls and supports Business Associate Agreement execution as a standard part of onboarding. PHI is never stored in model training. We are not the right fit for departments that cannot execute a BAA before going live.
