What departments usually ask before signing
Each imaging order Radivault processes counts as one study: a single patient, single modality, single date, regardless of how many series or images the study contains. A chest CT with 300 slices is one study. A two-view chest X-ray is one study. You are not billed per image or per series.
Yes. We offer a 30-day pilot on a single modality at no charge. Most departments start with chest X-ray. You see pre-reads alongside your existing worklist, measure TAT before and after, and review the draft acceptance rate with us at 30 days. No contract required to start the pilot.
Yes. Pricing tier adjusts automatically if your monthly volume crosses the bracket threshold.
Yes. BAA execution is included in all contracts at no additional charge.
You are billed monthly based on the prior month's actual processed study count. No upfront commitment is required for Starter and Department tiers. Enterprise tier billing is defined in the contract. Billing statements are available in the department dashboard along with the underlying study count.
